Role Overview
As a Risk Services Analyst Co-op, you will support the Risk Services team in enhancing documentation, improving internal processes, and maintaining key tools and resources. This role offers hands-on experience working with technical documentation, data reporting, and internal platforms, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
What you’ll be doing:
- Design, create, and update interactive, user-friendly PDF forms to support business processes and improve data collection efficiency.
- Assist team members in developing and refining presentations, reports, and technical documentation, ensuring content is clear, accurate, and aligned with brand standards.
- Support the refresh and ongoing maintenance of the team’s SharePoint site, including updating content, improving navigation, and ensuring resources are current and easily accessible.
- Review, categorize, and organize internal reference materials and documentation to improve usability and ensure consistent knowledge sharing across the team.
- Generate and maintain weekly reports using data from the ServiceNow platform. Analyze trends and provide insights to support team decision-making and operational improvements.
What you bring:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a strong foundation in programming and technical problem-solving.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Visual Basic, Python, C#, or JavaScript, with the ability to apply these skills to support process improvements and automation.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create professional documents, analyze data, and build effective presentations.
- Experience creating or working with fillable PDF forms and an understanding of how to design user-friendly, structured documents.
- Familiarity with SharePoint or similar content management platforms, with the ability to organize, update, and maintain digital resources effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy when managing documentation, data, and internal resources.
- Ability to collaborate with team members and effectively support the development of presentations, documentation, and shared resources.

The hourly compensation for the role starts at $22.50 per hour and will increase based on factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, and the recommended rates as set by the respective educational institution.
