Job Description
We are currently seeking experienced PM Coordinator to join our team at Levack Mine!
The Coordinator, PM, is responsible for supporting maintenance business administration functions across Magna Mining’s operations. This position provides administrative support related to asset management systems, maintain documentation, reporting, equipment records, and digital business process integration. The PM Coordinator will act as a key support resource for JDE system administration data management, and continuous improvement initiative across maintenance and operational departments.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support for maintenance and operational activities.

Support the business as a JDE super user once proficient, including system support, training, data entry and KPI reporting.

Participate with asset management strategy integration and maintenance system optimization.

Maintain accurate equipment records, including equipment additions, removals, transfers, and updates within company systems.

Entry of daily productivity statistics within the maintenance management system.

Support Business Objects integration and KPI reporting processes.

Participate in digitization initiatives as business maturity increases.

Maintain maintenance-related documentation and reports.

Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, procedures, and record retention requirements.
Requirements
Qualifications: Formal Education, Certifications or Equivalents
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration and or experience within an equipment maintenance department using a maintenance management system or a related field preferred.
Work Experience: Nature & Length

3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance administration or a related field.

Experience working in mining, industrial, or heavy industry environments.

Experience with business systems, reporting, data management.
-
Experience working with JD Ewards considered an asset.
