Stagiaire COOP - Spécialiste de projet numérique et IA
Rapportant au Directeur Associé, Digital, Data & Analytics, vous serez responsable de l'intelligence d'affaires dans tous les domaines thérapeutiques. Vous dirigerez également l'adoption de nouveaux outils numériques, soutiendrez les outils existants et accélérerez l'intégration de solutions d'IA au sein des Affaires Médicales.

COOP Intern - Digital & AI Project Specialist
Reporting to the Associate Director, Digital, Data & Analytics you will have ownership of all business intelligence across all therapeutic areas. You will also lead the adoption of new digital tools, support existing ones and accelerate the integration of AI solutions within Medical Affairs.
Your key assignments as a Digital & AI Project Specialist:
Define project management plan and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure key deadlines, deliverables and KPIs are achieved
Drive in-depth business analysis and develop dashboard capabilities by triangulating information from many sources to improve decision-making and to produce a diagnostic view on key gaps and business needs.
Gathering innovation ideas, developing solutions and leveraging GPT and other AI applications within Medical Affairs
Managing and developing the platform with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
Establish a strong relationship with the cross-functional internal stakeholders to communicate and deliver digital capabilities and ways of working that meets their business/decision-making needs.
Foster a culture of data-focused decision making across the organization.
Accelerate digital adoption through change management communications, trainings, co-creation and stakeholder alignment
Recommend new digital solutions to expand capabilities and collaborate with business teams to build, improve, and automate data processes and visualization through dashboards
Coordinates with external suppliers (agencies, printers, etc.) for the procurement of services related to Medical events/projects.
Ensures the correct approval process is followed for all solutions or activities.
Ensure to fully comply with our company's commitment to our Values and Standards, policies, procedures, industry standards and all laws and regulations. This includes the obligations to report all adverse events (AEs) and product quality complaints (PQCs) as per our company policy and Health Canada regulations.
You are the ideal candidate if you:
Have excellent business analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
Stakeholder management experience and gathering user requirements to develop prototype and mockups
Have experience ingesting, modelling, analyzing, and reporting from different data sources
Have supported internal stakeholders translating complex concepts/analysis into actionable, understandable plans or programs
Knowledge of analytics tools (PowerBi, Qlik, Dax) and front end website development (Power Apps, Javascript or React.js, PHP) and any graphic design is an asset
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume and dynamic work environment
Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
Manage-up with defined ownership by displaying pro-activity and independence
Ability to coordinate and collaborate amongst various functions internally and externally
Solid understanding of IMC, digital pharmaceutical guidelines, and compaStandard Operating Procedures.
Are a team player who can positively influence and motivate internal stakeholder
You also:
Are an undergraduate in the field of computer science, mathematics, engineering or other field related to digital capabilities
Have experience with data-reporting, visualization (PowerBI; Qlik or others) and AI solutions (including Data Iku)
Have experience in business analytics or a related field
Enhancing existing digital solutions for front end webpage design, user experience and graphic design elements
Researching competitive offerings and designing integrated system solutions
Use of analytics tools and website development/user experience solutions
Ability to create graphic designs and improve user experience / user interfaces
Are proficient in French and English language verbal and written
Have strong business acumen, strategic skills and solid judgment in decision making
Have the ability and are comfortable presenting complex information
