Technical representative job description
The technical representative generally works for a director of sales, in close collaboration with the technical and marketing departments. His duty involves generating business for the company and building new market share in a geographic area or for a given line of products/services. To do this, he has fixed quantitative and qualitative objectives. The technical representative spends a lot of time on the telephone, travelling and in meetings. He is a specialized representative.
