Job Summary and Requirements

This posting is to fill a 3-year term position, working 75 hours biweekly. Temporary assignments 2- years or less may be considered. The eligibility list for this position may also be used to fill anticipatory permanent positions over the next 12 months.

We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our Information Technology & Client Solutions team. While this position is part of the ITCS team, it will primarily focus on supporting the Facilities Management Branch within the Property Management Division by providing expertise and front-end support for the Government of Yukon's Archibus system. Archibus is an essential online platform used to report and track issues in all Government of Yukon buildings. The Functional Analyst will deliver end-user training and support while also serving as a key point of contact, coordinating with vendors and ensuring effective communication.

Essential Qualifications

Please submit your resume clearly demonstrating how you meet the qualifications below. Selections for further consideration will be based solely on the information you provide in your resume.

  • Coursework in computer science, system administration, business administration or related field.
  • Experience providing client service such as receiving and directing inquiries, first level support, or acting as the primary contact for vendor.
  • Experience working with Information Technology/ Management (IT/IM) systems including troubleshooting, incident analysis, issue identification and resolution is considered an asset.
  • Experience with computer applications through different stages such as collecting and documenting requirements and change implementation is considered an asset.
  • Experience providing training to system users is considered an asset.

Candidates who have education, training, and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.
