Regular Full-Time Position - (1.0 FTE)
This position is at the L04 level with an hourly pay range of $32.22 to $40.77
Under the supervision of the Manager, Information Systems (IS), the Client Support Representative is responsible for providing support services within the Information Systems team, as well as the day-to-day systems administration, user access and front-line support of various information databases and systems. The Client Support Representative assists with help desk call triage, device inventory management and performs other related duties. The Client Support Representative performs all duties in accordance with the mission, vision, values, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the Yukon Hospital Corporation (YHC), as well as applicable legislation.
Knowledge, skills and abilities required:
The successful candidate will have completed a one-year secretarial/Client Support Representative program and coursework in Information Systems/Business Administration including research methods, techniques and analysis (2-3 courses) at a recognized college or training institution plus two to three years' experience in an office setting, with a requirement to work with independence a considerable amount of the time and have a Grade 12 Diploma. An equivalent combination of education/training and/or experience may be considered. Fit testing certificate and Certification in Non-violent Crisis Intervention or other Violence Intervention programs would be a desired qualification.
