Our Mobile Service Techs are committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers through on-site mobile support for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining agricultural and turf equipment. Responsibilities

• Independent completion of complex on-site inspection, diagnosis, repair, and service of agricultural equipment with a commitment to customer support and pride in workmanship
• Work from a mobile service unit primarily, and in shop when needed, using specialized tools, cutting edge technology, and innovative solutions to diagnose and complete complex repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance based on manufacturer schedule/standards
• Maintain current knowledge of John Deere agriculture products
• Participate in John Deere University, and dealer-led training to further develop skills and technical capabilities

Requirements

• Candidates ideally will possess a Journeyperson Agricultural Technician certification or equivalent in a mechanical field (i.e. Heavy Equipment, Automotive)
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• 4+ years of experience performing complex service repairs and maintenance
• The ability to use diagnostic tools and basic computer functions
• Knowledge and familiarity with John Deere and competitive products are a definite asset
