Onsite Sign is based in Lloydminster, AB and is one of the top-leading sign manufacturing companies in Western Canada. We ship our signs to our installation divisions which are located in Calgary, Acheson, Regina, and Saskatoon.

As an installation and service specialist, you'll be responsible for ensuring freight arrives in good condition with all parts accounted for, transportation to site, and installation of signage. As the work varies from day-to-day, our candidate must have a professional work ethic, ability to adapt to change, and strong problem-solving skills. Your organization and ability to understand the job at hand is crucial.


Duties & Expectations:

  • Working knowledge of sign industry & installation methods.
  • Ability to read & understand drawings related to sign installation.
  • Skilled in the practical applications of mathematics, in relation to measurements & angles.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Inspection of freight.
  • Experience using manual & power tools.
  • Loading/securing materials & hauling experience.
  • Servicing & troubleshooting signs.
  • Ability to perform comprehensive surveys and submit electronically.
  • Fluent with computers and handheld devices.
  • Consistently demonstrate sound safety practices and completion of required safety documentation.
  • Operate and maintain fleet vehicle as per National Safety Code (E-logs, pre-trip inspections)
  • The ability to lift up to approx. 50 lbs.
  • Able to work at heights (in excess of 15feet)
  • Experience working in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, trustworthy & flexible.
  • Overtime and out of town work involved.

Qualifications:

  • Safety certification in Fall Protection, Aerial Lift, Cargo Securement, Hours of Service is an asset.
  • Aerial Boom/Crane Experience or Certification.
  • Must display professional driving aptitude and have a VALID 3 or 5 Driver's Licence, clean abstract, and reliable transportation.

Position is Monday to Friday, with some weekend work required.

Wage is dependent on experience.
