The bigger picture

We're looking for a motivated and agile team player to come on board as a temporary Senior Business Support Specialist for up to a 10-month term. In this role you will help deliver administrative support to our agricultural and commercial lending teams.

The preferred location for this position is within Regina, Moosomin, Saskatoon or Assiniboia, however other Conexus locations may be considered.

How you'll be spending your time

  • Loan administration ranging from document preparation, set up and advances to annual reviews and loan payouts.
  • Interacting with team members, Conexus Business Solutions, lawyers, and insurance companies to provide support, input, knowledge and feedback
  • Proactively identifying and researching the best solutions that meet our members' needs and improve their financial well-being
  • Ensuring there's a healthy balance between opportunity, risk, growth and profitability for Conexus

The experience you bring

  • Experience working with financial statements
  • Understanding of business structures and entities
  • 1-2 years experience in commercial/agricultural lending or support

Salary Range:

$60,900 - $76,120 with 9% Short Term Incentive Target
