Software Director

Tasks/Responsibilities

The Software Director will be responsible for managing multiple development teams to carry out a significant transition in the core system of the company’s operations.

SPECIFICALLY

• Contribute to the decommissioning of the AS/400 system over several years
• Collaborate with a team of 20+ people to execute this migration
• Ensure the success of various deliverables and provide a global strategic vision
• Oversee the various risks within the project portfolio
• Remove blockers and act as a facilitator

PROFILE

• 10+ years of experience as a Software Director
• Experience with major ERP integrations
• Good knowledge of mainframe environments
• Strong collaborative spirit and good interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in multi-project management
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
