Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Technician will be responsible for providing mainly Level 2 technical support to the company’s 20,000 employees, both at the head office and in the various branches across Canada.

MORE PRECISELY

  • Document tickets in ServiceNow software and support employees with any issues encountered
  • Install and configure new workstations as well as mobile devices
  • Ensure impeccable customer service at all hierarchical levels
  • Keep the IT inventory up to date
  • Participate in user access management

PROFILE

  • 2+ years of experience as an IT Technician
  • Professional experience in level 2 technical support
  • Experience in Windows and Microsoft 365 environment
  • Knowledge of Azure (assets)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • DEC in computer science or equivalent
  • Bilingualism required (French and English)
