IT Project Manager

Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for managing the major integration project of the Oracle Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning ERP solution in the company's various subsidiaries, particularly for the HCM and Finance modules.

MORE PRECISELY

• Prepare the project plan with stakeholders
• Manage the scope of the project and carry out the various follow-ups in order to achieve the set objectives
• Monitor the progress of the different life phases of the project cycle, the risks and the impacts
• Contribute to the management of the company's other IT projects (acquisitions, security, updates)
• Work in an IT team of around 60 people, including another PM in the Oracle Center of Excellence

PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager
• Professional experience with an ERP system, particularly with a Finance and/or HR module
• Good understanding of financial and human resources (HCM) processes
• Knowledge of the Oracle Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning ERP solution (strong asset)
• Mastery of application, infrastructure and cybersecurity aspects
• Strong communication and relational skills, autonomy and interpersonal skills
• Good ability to popularize technical concepts to less technical employees
• Desire to learn and be in multi-project mode
• BAC in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
