Tasks
Ensure that part dimensions comply with quality standards.
Manage quality discrepancies by identifying non-conformities and taking appropriate actions.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement actions and adjust strategies based on results.
Conduct regular inspections in line with established standards and make decisions regarding product acceptance or rejection.
Complete documentation and draft various reports based on inspection outcomes.
Audit and ensure the necessary certifications for the company.
Implement continuous improvement methods to resolve issues and eliminate losses.
Perform any other related tasks essential to the smooth functioning of the quality department.

Job requirements
Degree in mechanical engineering or any relevant training/experience deemed equivalent.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in manufacturing techniques and assembly methods.
CWB Level 1 or 2 inspector certification is considered an asset.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Excellent command of metrology tools and blueprint reading.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, NADCAP, and CWB quality and management systems.
Strong written and oral proficiency in French and functional English.
