The Digital Business Solutions organization within the Chief Information Office (CIO) is a team of passionate and innovative technical experts responsible for creating technology systems and solutions which enable improved outcomes for our Enterprise, Consumer and Business customers.
As Director Digital Commerce Engineering, you will leverage your strong technical and business acumen to lead a team of Mediation, Rating & Charging software development experts in the pursuit of engineering excellence whilst delivering new digital capabilities to support improved customer outcomes. You will report to the Vice President, Digital Business Solutions and will spearhead a transformational journey to achieve a technology leadership position while promoting a culture of reliability in a cloud-native operating environment.
Your mandate is to collaborate with and provide remarkable services to our business partners by setting the vision, developing the strategy, defining the appropriate roadmaps, and establishing the optimum structure to drive a culture of accountability.
For this position you will bring together a diverse group of team members and consultants to design and administer resilient solutions, and drive improvements in productivity, efficiency and team member satisfaction. You will be collaborating with and influencing a broad group of senior leaders to determine the business imperatives, prioritization of products, and timelines.
