We're seeking an AEP/rtCDP Architect to join our team and help drive TELUS' personalization journey across both marketing and customer service outcomes. As a senior member of the team, you will play a key part in developing and driving personalized digital messaging for customers. Using your passions for data, technology, and customer experience, you will enable TELUS to transform customer communications from batch to streaming. You will work across the organization to drive the evolution of our martech stack and unleash data to create personalized experiences for customers.
