Reporting to the President and by matrix structure to the COO, the Chief Practice and Technology Officer (CPTO) is responsible for the strategic oversight and management of the firm's engineering practices
(professional standards), engineering and operational technological systems, innovation,
quality and continuous improvement efforts, as well as the BBA University.
This role combines
leadership in engineering
methodologies and operational technological advancements to drive efficiency and excellence across the organization. The CPTO plays a pivotal
role in ensuring the development and implementation of innovative solutions, adoption of cutting-edge technologies and enhancing
engineering practices to position the firm as an industry leader.
