As a senior QA you will play a key role in improving healthcare delivery and innovation across the country by contributing to a platform that engages the patient and connects them with their health care provider. This role will allow you to work with the latest technologies in a fast-paced environment to improve integrated digital health ecosystems.

What you'll do:

  • Define and improve QA strategies, ensuring efficient and scalable testing.
  • Lead test planning and execution, driving best practices across teams.
  • Perform exploratory, functional, regression, and usability testing to ensure quality.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs and issues with clear reproduction steps.
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to integrate QA early in development.
  • Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing for consistency.
  • Ensure critical paths are tested before each release and communicate risks.
  • Mentor junior QAs, sharing knowledge and reinforcing testing standards.
  • Monitor and improve QA processes, test coverage, and quality metrics.
  • Support UAT and work with stakeholders to validate key features.

What you bring

  • Extensive manual testing experience with a strong understanding of QA methodologies.
  • Ability to define and improve QA processes, strategies, and best practices.
  • Expertise in test case design, defect tracking (Jira), and test management (TestRail).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes.
  • Understanding of API testing, performance testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Interest in test automation (Cypress) and collaboration with automation teams.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior QAs, fostering a culture of quality.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across teams.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, agile environment with changing priorities.
  • Fluent in French and English (Bilingual required).
