Location: Pointe-Claire Salary: Around $55,000 per year (Negotiable based on experience) Job category: Information technology Type of job: Permanent Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Tasks

  • Ensure a smooth environment: Install, configure, and optimize hardware and software to guarantee optimal productivity.
  • Troubleshoot and repair: Diagnose and resolve technical issues while replacing or upgrading hardware for maximum performance.
  • Innovate and secure: Update systems to stay current with the latest technologies and ensure cybersecurity through advanced solutions.
  • Test and improve: Conduct regular assessments to ensure the reliability of tools and identify opportunities for evolution.
  • Support and collaborate: Provide technical support to users and foster strong relationships with all departments to promote collective success.
  • Perform any other related duties as required

Job requirements

  • Education in IT, software engineering, or another relevant field.
  • Fluency in both French and English, oral and written.
  • Proficiency in Spanish (strongly considered).
  • Experience in a similar role.
