ROLE SUMMARY: We are looking for a Test Automation Manager who is bilingual and talented in Selenium and Robot Framework. They will be responsible for defining and implementing quality engineering strategies and leading a team that supports rapid application development. They will transform testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function using quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity. Further using their experience and skills to evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.
Qualifications
Must Have Experience/Skills: -
10 years’ Experience in leading projects from end to end.
5+ years of hands-on working experience in Selenium and Robot Framework
Strong business and functional testing knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the teams overall test objectives.
Create automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration.
Apply testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.
Apply business and functional knowledge to meet the teams overall test objectives.
Coach and advise testers
Strong experience in stakeholder management.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and understand functional, technical and non-functional requirements.
Bilingual in French and English required.
Nice to Have Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or field
English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common
language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement
