Nous recherchons un Spécialiste des Opérations de Niveau Secondaire expérimenté, qui sera responsable de la coordination, de la gestion, de l'exécution et des activités de maintenance réactive nécessaires au bon fonctionnement des opérations réseau client (24/7). Ce rôle garantit que les services fournis aux clients sont constamment disponibles et répondent aux niveaux de performance SLA ciblés.

Ce que vous ferez

  • Gérer les opérations réseau sur notre solution cloud en tant que service.
  • Diriger les activités d'assurance, y compris la gestion des incidents, la gestion des problèmes, la gestion de la performance, la gestion des changements et d'autres fonctions des opérations de service.
  • Gérer les pannes et prendre des mesures correctives.
  • Déployer, intégrer, configurer et dépanner de nouveaux nœuds sur le cloud (Azure).
  • Effectuer des activités de maintenance proactive pour garantir la fiabilité du réseau.
  • Fournir des rapports sur plusieurs plateformes, en corrélant les données de différentes sources.
  • Garantir que la solution livrée est correctement mise en œuvre et fonctionne conformément aux exigences.
  • Fournir un support pour la solution, y compris la gestion des demandes du Helpdesk et du support client.
  • Préparer et exécuter les projets d'approvisionnement et d'acceptation avec les clients.
  • Préparer, vérifier et exécuter les mises à jour logicielles.
  • Gérer les pannes et les actions correctives au niveau des nœuds, des services et de l'infrastructure.
  • Stimuler les améliorations continues des processus opérationnels et des flux de travail.
  • Configurer, maintenir et résoudre les problèmes des pipelines CI/CD.
  • Utiliser Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack et Azure Monitor pour la surveillance et le dépannage.
  • Travailler avec VPC, VPN et l'équilibrage de charge dans les environnements cloud.

Les compétences que vous apporterez

  • Baccalauréat en génie électrique, télécommunications, informatique ou une discipline technique connexe.
  • Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en opérations réseau/IT.
  • Expérience ITIL.
  • Connaissance d'un environnement de télécommunications et compréhension des flux de provisionnement eSIM.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion client.
  • Expérience pratique avec Bash, Python ou PowerShell pour l'automatisation.
  • Expérience en développement logiciel en Java.
  • Familiarité avec les solutions IAM, SSO et de contrôle d'accès basé sur les rôles (RBAC) (par exemple, Keycloak, Azure AD).
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais.

About this opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Second Level Operations Specialist who will be responsible for the coordination, management, execution, and reactive maintenance activities required to run smooth customer network operations (24/7). This role ensures that the services provided to customers are continuously available and meet the targeted SLA performance levels.

What you will do

  • Manage Network Operations on our cloud-based as-a-service solution.

  • Lead Assurance activities, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Performance Management, Change Management, and other Service Operations functions.

  • Handle faults and take corrective actions.

  • Deploy, integrate, configure, and troubleshoot new nodes on the cloud (Azure).

  • Perform proactive maintenance activities to ensure network reliability.

  • Provide reporting on multiple platforms, correlating data from various sources.

  • Ensure the delivered solution is properly implemented and functions according to requirements.

  • Provide Solution Support, including managing Helpdesk and Customer Support Requests.

  • Prepare and execute supply and acceptance projects with customers.

  • Prepare, verify, and execute software upgrades and updates.

  • Handle faults and corrective actions on node, service, and infrastructure levels.

  • Drive continuous improvements in operational processes and workflows.

  • Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines.

  • Use Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and Azure Monitor for monitoring and troubleshooting.

  • Work with VPC, VPN, and Load Balancing in cloud environments.

The skills you will bring

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.

  • 5+ years of experience in Network/IT Operations.

  • ITIL Experience.

  • Knowledge of a telecommunications environment and understanding of eSIM provisioning flows.

  • Strong communication skills and customer management abilities.

  • Hands-on experience with Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automation.

  • Software development experience in Java.

  • Familiarity with IAM, SSO, and role-based access control (RBAC) solutions (e.g., Keycloak, Azure AD).

  • Fluent in English.
