Summary

Bell Canada Corporate Security is responsible for establishing, implementing, administering and enforcing the company's security policies through various initiatives. The Corporate Security Lawful access team is mandated to respond to requests from Law Enforcement and Government agencies, as well as develop and operate technology solutions that meet Bell's legal telecommunication obligations. We are currently seeking a business process specialist who will be responsible for leading continuous process improvement initiatives, supporting the lawful access team in the management of various projects, new tools and ensuring compliance with policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities


Develop and optimize business processes for the Corporate Security lawful access team, including continuous evaluation and improvement of methodologies and tools.

• Influence cross-functional teams to deliver the highest level of quality on all projects within the committed timeline and scope, while meeting all project requirements and deliverables
• Conduct detailed and comprehensive process research and analysis to support recommendations
• Develop and implement communication plans, change management, and benefit tracking strategies
• Lead in-depth analysis and business case activities, offering statistical data and root cause analysis to identify opportunities
• Create and manage process plans and related documentation in accordance with established process management methodology

Critical Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or equivalent work experience in process improvement roles
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (project management and/or documentation and/or process improvement and/or compliance)
• Ability to recognize gaps, evaluate and size opportunities, and articulate recommendations to influence stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including experience with advanced functions such as pivot tables and data analysis tools
• Analytical skills and data mining skills with the experience in developing / managing business requirements
• Organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines & flexibility to handle changing priorities
• Knowledge of English required: Production of documents in English.
