Your day-to-day as a Solution Architect & Implementation Specialist will put you at the heart of our clients' technology projects.
- Assess current IT environments to identify gaps and define integration needs.
- Translate operational requirements into customized technology solutions and workflows.
- Lead the selection, deployment, and ongoing evolution of technology solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including low-code developers, to deliver innovative solutions across various areas.
- Provide guidance and training to clients and team members for successful adoption and continuous improvement.

The essential skills you'll need to succeed and excel in this role:
- Solution Deployment Experience: Strong expertise in implementing and managing solutions, specifically ERPs (experience with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central would be a plus).
- Low-code/no-code Development: Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate (or the equivalent) for integration, process automation, and real-time reporting.
- Project Management and Strategic Consulting: Experience managing and/or leading projects, working with cross-functional teams, and aligning tech solutions with business goals.

This position is hybrid, offering the flexibility to work from home or in person at our Ottawa/Gatineau office.
