As part of his/her role, the SA will review and understand the risks and impacts of various business initiatives, in order to assess security requirements, develop comprehensive security architectures and guide secure deployment practices while respecting the guiding principles of the enterprise architecture within the actual BRP context.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Develop and maintain security architecture blueprints for network, infrastructure, cloud, application, and data security in alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Architect and implement secure Identity & Access Management (IAM) frameworks, including multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Privilege Access Management (PAM) to safeguard user identities and access points.

  • Estimate cost and prepare business cases for IT solutions, considering infrastructure, licenses, development and support.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity or a related study or equivalent project-related experience.
  • A minimum of ten years of experience in IT, with at least five years in architecture or a senior technical role focusing on security.
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CEH, CCSP, etc.).
  • Proficiency in security architecture, frameworks and controls across infrastructure, applications, and cloud platforms.
  • You can contribute to the production and maintenance of the architecture pattern in relation to SIEM, Identity and Access Management, multicloud, vulnerability management, data protection and application/network/endpoint/infrastructure security.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud security, data protection technologies and experience of integrating the Microsoft Security Suite.
  • Ability to align security initiatives with business objectives, balancing risk mitigation with operational feasibility.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology.
  • Experience in a factory IT environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to lay audiences. Some experience of working with leadership-level stakeholders.
  • A team player with experience leading and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills - demonstrating outside-the-box problem-solving skills and the ability to develop solution architecture designs.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) - English is required because you will be representing BRP in negotiations with vendors in the US and communicating with stakeholders around the world.
