The location in Montreal, (Quebec, Canada), is seeking talent to fill the position of Senior Time Management System Analyst. This job is full-time permanent.

We are seeking a Senior Time Management System Analyst to lead the administration, optimization, and support of our time and attendance systems. This role will be responsible for ensuring system accuracy, compliance with labor laws, and seamless integration with payroll and HR systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and user experience.

Your challenges:

  • Configure, maintain, and operate various components of UKG Pro Workforce Management system (business structures, dataviews, timekeeping, user access, advanced scheduling etc.).
  • Support users in the resolution of incidents when they occur, act as an expert in the investigation of the problem and facilitate its resolution.
  • Collaborate with business users to create data views and reports, contributing to enhanced productivity.
  • Perform the expected level of testing (unit, QA and support to UAT) that supports the high levels of conformity and quality standards.
  • In the context of projects, assume the role of Subject Matter Expert and work closely with cross functional teams to implement a solution or new functionality for a specific site.
  • Develop and maintain clear and well-organized technical documentation as well as training materials for users.
  • Ensure the accuracy of interfaces and participate in the problem resolution, design changes and testing existing interfaces in collaboration with the IT group.
  • Support testing of upgrades to new versions, including reviewing release notes and assisting in rolling out new or enhanced functionality.

Your profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in time and attendance system administration.
  • Expertise in UKG/Kronos, Workday or other workforce management systems.
  • Experience in the unionized environment and in the application of collective agreements.
  • Strong understanding of payroll, scheduling, and leave management processes.
  • Experience with system integrations, SQL, and data analysis is an asset.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Bilingual French and English*.
  • Experience in manufacturing is an asset.
