What you`ll do
To maximize our productivity within the organization, we are looking for a passionate Senior Project Consultant with a proven track record in the industry, experience with software development projects and a good eye for improvements and optimization.

Your daily business is to work closely with the Head of the organization and the globally distributed leadership team to address customer requests, help the organization become more efficient, execute on our strategy and provide transparency to our stakeholders.

Regardless of the specific tasks you will be working in an agile team with passionate and engaged leaders, architects and project managers.

What you bring

• You should have a sound technical background with a university degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• You should have 6+ years of experience in the industry to have successfully completed a transformation project, and to have acted autonomously in the phases of problem analysis, project planning and execution of a project.
• You should have strong communication skills and a documented track record of having managed implementation projects successfully.
• For the close collaboration with all the people and teams involved you have fluent skills in English.

Vos missions :
Afin d’optimiser la productivité au sein de l’organisation, nous recherchons un consultant senior en projets passionné, disposant d’une expérience éprouvée dans le secteur, dans des projets de développement logiciel et ayant le souci de l’amélioration et de l’optimisation.

Au quotidien, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le responsable de l’organisation et l’équipe dirigeante internationale afin de répondre aux demandes des clients, d’aider l’organisation à gagner en efficacité, de mettre en œuvre notre stratégie et de faire preuve de transparence vis à vis de nos parties prenantes.

Indépendamment des tâches spécifiques, vous travaillerez au sein d’une équipe agile avec des responsables, des architectes et des chefs de projet passionnés et impliqués.

Votre contribution :

• Vous disposez d’une formation technique solide et d’un diplôme universitaire dans une discipline technique ou d’une expérience équivalente.
• Vous avez plus de 6 ans d’expérience dans le secteur, avez mené à bien un projet de transformation et avez fait preuve d’autonomie dans les phases d’analyse des problèmes, de planification et d’exécution d’un projet.
• Vous avez de solides compétences en communication et une expérience documentée dans la gestion de projets d’implémentation réussis.
• Pour pouvoir collaborer avec toutes personnes et équipes impliquées, vous parlez couramment l’anglais.
