Tasks/Responsibilities

The Senior IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support for the entire infrastructure and systems to the company’s 1,000 employees.

MORE PRECISELY

  • Ensure the proper functioning of all information technologies (hardware, software, services)
  • Receive requests, support users on levels 1 to 3 and monitor incidents
  • Provide support in identity and access management (creation and deletion of profiles)
  • Participate in the documentation of processes and improvement of procedures
  • Manage IT assets and support equipment inputs and outputs
  • Work in a Windows 10 and 11, O365 environment.

PROFILE

  • + 10 years of experience as an IT Technician
  • Experience in Office 365, Windows 10 and 11 environments as well as with IAM tools
  • Strong knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Routers, Switches)
  • Good knowledge of Fortinet products (asset)
  • Natural ease in communication and customer service
  • Autonomy and good ability to prioritize tasks
  • Valid driver’s license
  • AEC or DEC in IT or equivalent
  • Bilingualism (French, English)
