About the role
Join the Technology Solutions team in the Senior IT Project Manager position. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading IT projects within your assigned portfolio.

This is a temporary position until July 2026.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee the successful delivery of IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project success metrics.
  • Manage scope, schedule, costs, quality, issues and risks, resourcing and stakeholders for projects conducted with internal resources and/or external vendors.
  • Provide oversight for projects or portfolio of projects delivered by third party vendors including contract development, and adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
  • Coordinate day-to-day interactions and communications with project stakeholders.
  • Lead the work of Agile Teams through Agile principles and a solid knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.


What you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Business Administration or another related field.
  • A minimum of seven (7) years' experience in a leadership role on projects, product, or portfolio management.
  • A minimum of three (3) years' experience in the Scrum Master role for a cross-functional development team.
  • An advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development life cycles (SDLC).
  • A demonstrated experience in working in partnership with third-party providers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Strong leadership skills and a history of leading through influence.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to adjust communication to address/meet needs of targeted audience.


It would be great if you also had:

  • An Agile Certification (Agile coach/Scrum Master), a Project Management Professional (PMP), or another Project Management certification.
  • An experience working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) systems.
  • Bilingualism (English and French).
