Senior Dynamics 365 Analyst

Tasks/Responsibilities

The Dynamics 365 Analyst will be responsible for contributing to the implementation and configuration of Dynamics 365, primarily focusing on the Supply Chain and Finance & Operations modules

MORE PRECISELY

• Analyze requirements and write functional specifications
• Map process flow and establish technical documentation
• Implement new modules (configuration of functionalities and SQL queries)
• Train super users in collaboration with the PMO
• Track projects with Azure DevOps

PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Analyst
• Professional experience in ERP system analysis and ideally with a migration
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, and ideally the Supply Chain and Finances & Operations modules
• Experience in the retail and/or distribution sector (strong asset)
• Good communication skills and collaborative spirit
• BAC in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
