Tasks/Responsibilities

The SAP Sales Director will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of existing customers as well as prospecting for new opportunities. He will be responsible for two people in his team and will report to the President.

  • Support clients throughout the sales process, from solution implementation to maintenance
  • Manage a client portfolio and prospect for new business opportunities
  • Be responsible for client demonstrations to present SAP solutions
  • Develop and implement new sales strategies
  • Negotiate contracts with various prospects and clients
  • Ensure the monitoring of ongoing projects and services to ensure sales objectives are met

PROFILE

  • 5 to 10+ years in a similar sales manager role in a consulting services environment or in the sales of ERP licenses and solutions (ideally SAP)
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP solutions
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and priority management skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, strong leadership, and the ability to mobilize a team
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent
  • Bilingualism (French required, English required)
