The work:
Develop workshop content with respect to process design, key design decisions, required process variations and change impacts across people, process and technology as a result of future state design
Gain a deep understanding of the of the client’s business with a focus on differentiated and highly complex business processes
Conduct Fit-to-Standard Analysis and validate the Sub-Process designs and process flows with the stakeholders to ensure that the design satisfies the requirements
Actively participate in planning, estimating, and managing of work for AMS, including escalation or risks and issues, status reporting, and independent management of assigned work
Execute the deliverables & tasks to build the solution and collaborate across process areas and enabling teams, such as testing, security, and data, to develop the integrated end-to-end solution
Participate in quality management reviews, ensuring the product design and related work products satisfy the requirements
Develop detailed functional designs, configure applications, execute functional unit testing, and conduct demos show working software to Global Process Owner and confirm solution meets business needs
Execute System testing, including test execution and defect identification, resolution, and management
Work with Deployment Team on Go Live Readiness and support end-user training, as required
This role is in our Local ATCs (Montreal) and will require on-site work 2-3 days per week.
Here’s what you need:
Minimum 3 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience
Minimum of 2 years working with SAP S4 Retail in multi-channel businesses including: Proficiency in SAP Retail processes, such as store back-office operations, retail allocation, stock transfer orders; and clear understanding of SAP Retail back-office operations processes, its integration with SAP CAR and POS applications
Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement
Bonus points if:
Extensive experience in large scale SAP S/4 AMS
Experience with SAP CAR and its configuration
Experience in the Fashion/Retail Industry
Ability to configure and customize SAP AP modules to meet business requirements
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to present and drive functional workshops
