The work:
As a SAP ISU rates configurator, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring rates in SAP ISU engine to meet business process and application requirements.
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Help clients to identify trends and patterns in SAP ISU data.
- Analyze issues in the Billing & Invoicing process and propose solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Participate in end-to-end lifecycle implementation activities, including requirement gathering, analysis, business process design, testing, and deployment.
- Lead, coach and advise project staff in addition to managing their performance (depending on the project)
- Set up and test the SAP system; understand and apply SAP methodologies
- Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go
- Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led
- This role is in our Local ATCs (Montreal) and will require on-site work 2-3 days per week.
Qualifications
Here’s what you need:
- Minimum 3 year of SAP ISU Billing experience across Electricity, or Gas Utilities industries
- Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills
- Strong analytical skills of SAP ISU data. Analyzing issues in Billing & Invoicing process
- Experience in business functions such as meter reading, meter data management, scheduling, billing, invoicing, billing Rates Configuration.
- Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
- English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement
