Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day technical support for SAP systems, platforms, and associated services.
- Collaborate with users to research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues per service level agreements and operational level agreements.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams, managed service providers, and vendors to ensure transparent communication for scheduled and unscheduled SAP activities.
- Provisioning and maintaining subaccounts, applications in CF spaces, instances, and corresponding destinations.
- Focus on cloud products including tenant provisioning, administration, monitoring, service management, user management, connectivity, troubleshooting, and support.
Qualifications
Here’s What You Need:
- Over 8 years in information technology solutions.
- 6+ years in administration and management of SAP applications, particularly SAP S/4 RISE systems, SAP BW/4HANA, and integration of various Cloud/On-Premises and Third-Party Systems.
- Minimum of 3-4 years in hands-on administration of SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Platform, and Cloud Foundry.
- Proficient in SAP S/4HANA, Fiori Launchpad, SAP GRC, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BI - BOBJ, SAC, Solution Manager, BTP, Cloud Connector, HANADB, Data Provisioning, etc.
- BTP Configuration and Support
- BTP - SAP Role Matrix Design and Management
- Cloud Connector Administration
- HANA Connectivity, Administration, and Security
- SAP Cloud ALM (Good to have)
- English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
- Given the nature of the system administration role, this position necessitates occasional availability outside of standard business hours, including late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Bonus Points if:
- Proficiency with both Web UI and CF/BTP CLI tools.
- Familiarity with BTP security and trust setup with IAS.
- Skills with Cloud Connector are advantageous.
