En tant que Responsable de produit, vous aurez la charge de contribuer à la vision et à la stratégie du produit, de créer la feuille de route du produit, ainsi que de gérer et de hiérarchiser le backlog de l'équipe.
Le Responsable de produit est un membre de l'équipe agile et responsable des exigences et des demandes, de la définition des stories et de la hiérarchisation du backlog de l'équipe afin de rationaliser l'exécution des priorités ART, qui proviennent du chef de produit à travers la hiérarchisation du backlog produit/ART, tout en maintenant l'intégrité conceptuelle et technique des fonctionnalités ou des composants pour l'équipe.
Interfaces principales : Responsable de produit, Systèmes architectes, Gestion Dev Line , Scrum Masters, équipes agiles et clients.

About this opportunity!
We are now looking for a Product Owner to secure Ericsson technology leadership and make sure we have the right scope, quality, time and cost for the SANT CS Tools. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for contributing to the product vision and strategy, for creating the product roadmap, and for handling and prioritizing the team backlog.
The Product Owner (PO) is a member of the Agile Team responsible for requirements and demands, defining stories and prioritizing the Team Backlog to streamline the execution of ART priorities, that come from the Product Manager through the prioritization of the Product/ART Backlog, while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the Features or components for the team.
Main interfaces: Product Managers, System Architects, Dev Line Management, Scrum Masters, Agile Teams and Customers.
What you will do
• Agile team member primarily responsible for maximizing the value delivered by the team by ensuring that the team backlog is aligned with customer and stakeholder needs.
• Collaborates with product management on the product vision and roadmap.
• Drives product related risk, for example: security risks, asset management risks, data privacy, etc.
• Maintains and prioritizes the team backlog of user stories, enabling stories and defects (tasks).
• Leads the Iteration Planning (with support of the Scrum Master).
• Leads the team backlog refinement and just-in-time elaboration of user and enabling stories (with Agile Team).
• As content authority on the Agile team accepts stories during team demos based on acceptance criteria and definition of done.
• Participates in the team and ART level retrospectives to continuously improve.
• Collaborates with the system architects and product management to establish appropriate capacity allocations for user stories, enabling stories and maintenance work per PI.
• Initiates ITSAC Presentation, Review & Approval
• Creates and maintains demands in any Ericsson repository tool (i.e. Replir), for resources and IT Platform Services for their product.
• Responsible for PPM data accuracy for SANT Tools.
Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or similar relevant field.
• Minimum years of experience: 5 years working as a Product Owner (knowledge of Product Management and Product Development Lifecycle).
• Domain experience: IT Infrastructure, Security, Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Operating systems, Processes, R&D projects, IT projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.
• Solid understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and automation tools.
• Strong stakeholder/user engagement skills and team management.
• Consistent track record of working effectively in team environments by demonstrating the ability to collaborate with colleagues to achieve goals and deliver quality results.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good understanding of budget planning, resource planning and delivery execution.
• Proactive, motivated, Structured, and meticulous in planning and problem solving.
• Formulating strategies and concepts
• Good technical leadership skills (hands on as a technical leader)
