You are: An experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Consultant

The Work: As an Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Consultant, your daily tasks will include:

  • Lead implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Provide support for Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules, ensuring system stability and performance.
  • Review, apply, and test quarterly updates to HCM Payroll modules current.
  • Manage and execute data migration, conversion, and integration activities ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design solutions during the implementation phase.
  • Provide end-user support, including troubleshooting, guidance, and training to ensure effective use of HCM Payroll functionalities.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for HCM Payroll configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional, offshore teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful resolution of support issues.
  • Design, build and test Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll reports
  • This is a hybrid role and will require 2-3 days per week at your local office.
  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Here's what you need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is considered.
  • 3-6 years of experience with implementing and/or support of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll modules
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in client-facing roles
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Bonus Points If:

  • Oracle Cloud HCM certifications are a plus.
