The Network Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance of a high-performance infrastructure and the reliability of the IT network in order to maximize client innovations.
MORE PRECISELY
Ensure the proper functioning of the province-wide network (IP environment, fiber optics)
Assess the technical networking/telecommunications needs of various clients
Analyze incidents to resolve them and develop technical specifications
Manage network equipment installations, configurations, and upgrades
Monitor the complete delivery cycle of selected projects
Ensure proactive monitoring of the entire network
Maintain technical documentation and prepare reports
Work as part of an IT team of approximately ten people (Tech., Admin., Cybersecurity, Manager)
PROFILE
3 to 5 years of experience as a Network Analyst
Expertise in TCP/IP protocols and BGP dynamic routing
Knowledge of IT security and fiber optics (asset)
Proficiency with network monitoring software
Project management and technical documentation skills
