Network Analyst

Tasks/Responsibilities

The Network Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance of a high-performance infrastructure and the reliability of the IT network in order to maximize client innovations.

MORE PRECISELY

• Ensure the proper functioning of the province-wide network (IP environment, fiber optics)
• Assess the technical networking/telecommunications needs of various clients
• Analyze incidents to resolve them and develop technical specifications
• Manage network equipment installations, configurations, and upgrades
• Monitor the complete delivery cycle of selected projects
• Ensure proactive monitoring of the entire network
• Maintain technical documentation and prepare reports
• Work as part of an IT team of approximately ten people (Tech., Admin., Cybersecurity, Manager)

PROFILE

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Network Analyst
• Expertise in TCP/IP protocols and BGP dynamic routing
• Knowledge of IT security and fiber optics (asset)
• Proficiency with network monitoring software
• Project management and technical documentation skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools
• Juniper and/or Cisco certifications (strong assets)
• DEP, AEC, DEC in networking or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
