We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented M365 Administrator to join our dynamic IT team at BRP. This role is responsible for the administration and support of our Microsoft 365 (M365) tenant, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance. The M365 tenant administrator will work closely with the M365 Team Lead to implement best practices and enhance our M365 environment.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Manage and maintain the M365 tenant, including Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, and other M365 services.
  • Monitor system health, performance, and capacity, ensuring optimal operation and availability.
  • Perform regular audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to organizational policies and security standards.
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for M365-related issues, working closely with the IT support teams.
  • Collaborate with Microsoft Support and other vendors as necessary to resolve complex issues.
  • Manage user accounts, licences, and permissions in compliance with company policies.
  • Work closely with the M365 Team Lead to implement strategic initiatives and improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business processes and projects.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to help users effectively utilize M365 tools.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in M365 administration or related IT roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Experience with M365 security and compliance features.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. MS Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) would be a plus.
  • Technical and writing skills to clearly manage documentation for M365 administration processes and procedures.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including executive management.
