Join our team

As Manager, Marketing Partnerships and Programs (MPP), you will lead the strategic development and execution of high-impact marketing collaborations with a wide variety of partners including premier brands, industry associations, and chambers of commerce. Your team is responsible for identifying, establishing, and nurturing partnerships that drive mutual value through integrated marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, social media collaborations, event sponsorships, and in-person brand activations. You'll oversee program strategy, negotiation, implementation, and measurement while ensuring all initiatives align with both TELUS and partner objectives to deliver measurable business results.

As Manager, lead the team in the following ways:

  • Lead strategic joint marketing programs with partners creating high-impact events and campaigns that drive value for TELUS while respecting partner branding guidelines and processes, ensuring measurable results and brand integrity for all parties
  • Enhance the value proposition for TELUS small business customers by developing and optimizing targeted perks, rewards, and referral programs that deliver meaningful benefits tailored to their specific business needs
  • Oversee end-to-end digital lead management processes, ensuring effective lead capture, timely sales team follow-up, and strategic retargeting campaigns
  • Implement and optimize automated nurture streams, track conversion metrics, and establish clear accountability for lead response times to maximize sales opportunities and customer acquisition.
  • Drive strategic marketing initiatives with partners by collaborating effectively with senior stakeholders and their teams, demonstrating versatility in both high-level strategy development and tactical execution
  • Balance the ability to brainstorm innovative solutions with partner leadership while ensuring precise implementation through partner and TELUS marketing teams
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team by providing daily guidance, mentorship, and support
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement, driving team success through clear goal-setting, performance management, and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or related field

While previous management experience and knowledge of telecommunications or technology industries is an asset, it's not a requirement.
