We are looking for a manager, IT operations and ITSM who will report to the director, global service desk & ITSM. The manager is tasked with leading and helping the team evolve our service offering as the center piece of IT Service Management portfolio. As part of your role, you'll be leading a team managing critical IT processes (i.e. change, problem, major incident) as well as managing third party service providers.
