IT Manager

Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Manager will be responsible for managing a technical team of around 10 persons made up of Developers, DevOps and/or Quality insurance analysts.

MORE PRECISELY

• Managing and mobilizing a multidisciplinary team working on web products
• Liaise with all IT team members such as POs, Scrum Master and Technical Leads
• Contribute to the improvement, maintenance and migration of internal applications as a manager
• Mentor and coach team members

PROFILE

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Manager
• 5+ years of experience with DevOps concepts
• Expertise with artificial intelligence (asset)
• Experience in a web development environment
• Leadership and organizational skills
• BAC in computer science or the equivalent
• Bilingualism (French required, functional English)
