Air Inuit has been providing essential scheduled, charter, cargo and emergency air transportation services to Nunavik and beyond, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for 45 years. Owned collectively by the Inuit of Nunavik through the Makivik Corporation, the airline operates a fleet of 30 aircraft and employs over 1,000 people in one of the world's most demanding flying environments.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Contributes to the IT efficiency of organizational activities by designing, managing, maintaining and developing data structures and database servers. Coordinates the operation, protection and control of the use of databases. Provides technical support to database users.
Responsible for achieving expected results or implementing action plans relating to the protection of IT data against cyberthreats, including monitoring security developments, analyzing the vulnerability of information systems and implementing risk mitigation solutions.
Contributes also to the efficiency of business intelligence activities by exploiting and analyzing information from the data warehouse and multidimensional databases. Monitor's performance indicators and advises stakeholders in the use and interpretation of data.
As a high-level professional, offers solutions for improving or optimizing processes, programs and work methods. Contributes to the resolution of complex problems, requiring a comprehensive and in-depth analysis and understanding of all variables. Collaborates with various internal and external stakeholders. Contributes to knowledge transfer through functional guidance and coaching of less experienced team employees.
