IT Business Analyst (f&o)

Tasks/Responsibilities

The IT Business Analyst (F&O) will be responsible for liaising between stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring that the ERP solution meets the company's operational needs.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into effective Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions, including configuration and design for module integration.
• Facilitate the implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics ERP to improve business processes while resolving complex issues and managing operational escalations.
• Support the global deployment of Microsoft D365 F&O, with a focus on the TMS and Warehouse modules.

PROFILE

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance and Operations)
• Professional experience with the following modules: Warehouse and TMS
• Good communication skills and collaborative spirit
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism required (French and English)
