As an Immersive Experience Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of immersive experiences across diverse environments. You will work closely with internal teams, freelance technical staff, and external partners to ensure each activation is delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest standard. Your ability to adapt experiences to different spaces, manage logistics, and lead both event set-up and close-out will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end production of immersive experiences, from planning and pre-production through on-site execution and post-event wrap-up.
• Collaborate with creative, technical, and client teams to bring immersive concepts to life across various venues and scales.
• Manage freelance technical staff, including scheduling, onboarding, and ensuring clear communication throughout the production process.
• Adapt immersive experiences to fit diverse spaces, ranging from large-scale festival activations to smaller retail environments.
• Ensure all technical and production elements meet creative expectations and operational requirements.
• Oversee logistics, including equipment sourcing, transportation, and on-site installation and teardown.
• Develop and maintain production schedules, budgets, and risk assessments to ensure successful project delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges, maintaining a calm and solutions-oriented approach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with venue partners, vendors, and freelance teams.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• 5+ years of experience in immersive experience production, live events, or experiential marketing.
• Proven track record managing complex projects from conception to execution.
• Strong understanding of technical production elements, including AV, lighting, and interactive technologies.
• Experience working with freelance staff and external vendors in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to adapt creative concepts to different physical spaces while maintaining the integrity of the experience.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for activations.
• Passion for storytelling, immersive technology, and delivering world-class experiences.
• Bilingual in French/English
