IAM Administrator

Tasks/Responsibilities

The IAM Administrator will be responsible for managing identity and access management systems and automating workflows. The candidate will work in a team of 5 people and will work in project mode (Acquisition of a new company per month) and operational mode.

• As part of the acquisitions of new companies, design the identity and access architecture and ensure integration with the main company
• Develop automated workflows to streamline cybersecurity processes and gain efficiency
• Ensure the management of identity and access systems and high-privilege accounts
• Conduct audits and compliance checks to ensure compliance with security and data integrity standards
• Conduct user training sessions on the use of IAM tools

PROFILE

• 7+ years of experience in identity and access management and solution implementation
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and SSO protocols (SAML, OIDC and OAuth)
• Good experience with tools such as Okta or SailPoint
• Mastery of scripting languages ​​used for automation
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• CISSP or IAM certification (asset)
• Bilingualism (French required, English required)
