About the role

You will join a creative services team with multiple areas of expertise, specializing in product design and content strategy. This role will involve supporting several digital product design teams (web and mobile) within a multi-brand innovation lab. Creating brand visuals related to our insurance products will be at the core of your responsibilities, ensuring consistency across various distribution channels.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Create and adapt visual elements (iconography, illustrations) for each of our brands

  • Develop, propose, and present creative concepts for internal needs (logos, promotional materials, etc.)

  • Contribute to the update of our design system at the brand visual elements level

  • Actively participate in ideation sessions with product design teams

  • Design and produce various graphic communication supports (PowerPoint presentations, emails, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Diploma of College Studies (DCS), Attestation of College Studies (ACS) or bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or other related programs

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or interface design

  • Strong knowledge of Figma and Adobe CC product family

  • Interest in motion design is a plus (After Effects, Lottie Studio)

  • Creative skills, participation in ideation sessions

  • Beyond creativity, the ability to switch to "production mode" to decline creative concepts

  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country

  • No Canadian work experience required but must have authorization to work in Canada
