L'unité Outils d'ingénierie BNEW SAN Tools DevOps Eng recherche un Line manager en technologie de l'information et de la communication (TIC), qui sera chargé du développement et de l'opérabilité des solutions et services liés aux outils d'ingénierie pour les services de R&D d'Ericsson. The BNEW SAN Tools DevOps Eng unit is looking for a Product Development Line Manager, responsible for the development and operation of engineering tool solutions and services for Ericsson's R&D units. The candidate will report to the head of BNEW SAN Tools DevOps Eng and will be part of the unit's leadership team. As a leadership team member, we value behavioral qualities such as cooperation, transparency and value orientation on top of living the Ericsson Values and Principles.
We are looking for a candidate who has accountability, flexibility, a sense of urgency, strong teamwork and the ability to adapt to changes and take ownership. The candidate must be passionate about people, is business and strategy driven with proven excellence in leading software development, operations and service delivery teams. As a leader you will have a great opportunity to develop our business and strive for growth in new areas. You will contribute directly and indirectly to one or several leadership teams on strategic focus areas as well as tactical and operational work and targets. You will also be responsible to secure technology leadership and foster an innovative and learning culture within the unit.
