ERP Business Analyst

Tasks/Responsibilities

The Senior ERP Business Analyst will be responsible for defining, proposing, and implementing ERP and IT improvement projects in a manufacturing environment.

MORE PRECISELY

• Lead the improvement and implementation of an ERP system in collaboration with stakeholders
• Structure and monitor projects (objectives, milestones, budget, risks)
• Support users and document system updates
• Conduct feasibility studies and deliver technological solutions (AI, automation)
• Coordinate external partners and internal teams for IT projects
• Ensure governance and promote best practices in project management

PROFILE

• 5 to 7+ years of experience in similar roles
• Experience in ERP environments
• Knowledge of the manufacturing sector
• Familiarity with BI reporting tools (an asset)
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Project management certification (an asset)
• Bilingualism (French required, functional English)
