As the Director of P&C Business Partner, you wear several hats: trusted advisor, consultant, coach, and a people leader to a small team of Human Resources (HR) professionals. You sit alongside and collaborate with the business units to develop and implement strategies that support people and organizational needs in addition to facilitating the deployment of the People Plan. Every day you engage in business conversations, influence people leaders and equip them to lead their teams with courage to foster a highly engaged and inspiring workplace. You partner with leaders in our TELUS Health Solutions team to navigate through change, grow and develop their teams, and foster the culture that is tuned to create positive team member experiences and deliver incredible business outcomes.
You are a resilient, pragmatic, collaborative and humble leader with a great sense of humor. Your counsel is equal parts logic, analysis and strategy. You have a natural curiosity and appreciate that failure and vulnerability are healthy ways to learn and grow.
