Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you will play a critical role in our Global Marketing Team, working alongside various specialists to craft campaigns that drive our business forward.

A masterful campaign manager and collaborative project leader, you have a flair for orchestrating complex marketing campaigns that engage B2B audiences and drive measurable growth. With a talent for integrating cross-functional efforts, you possess the vision to align diverse teams towards common goals.

Your mission

To manage and execute digital marketing campaigns assuring that every team member has clear visibility on their responsibilities and deliverables. Ensure that campaigns resonate with our clients and prospects, directly contributing to the company's growth and strengthening our position in the market.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with the growth objectives set by the Director of Growth Marketing.
  • Develop detailed tasks for each of the campaign team members, including task definition, milestones, and resource allocations.
  • Foster collaboration across a multidisciplinary team, including paid media, social media, design, marketing operations, platform owners, data analysts and sales to name a few.
  • Gather information to effectively brief the team, resulting in higher productivity and faster go-to-market.
  • Analyze campaign performance data in partnership with data analysts (amongst others), raising flags and assisting the team in refining strategies.
  • Use your brand and digital expertise to highlight all experiences across our different touchpoints that put the customer experience at risk.

Required Qualifications

  • Project Management Proficiency: Solid experience with project management tools like Asana, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Growth Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of the various digital marketing tactics (ABM, Lead Nurturing, Retention & Expansion campaigns, channels: social media, email, paid media, and website.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of campaigns.
  • Education & Experience: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital campaign management, specifically within a B2B setting.

Skills and Abilities Required

  • Self-Confidence: Though not directly managing a large team, the ability to act autonomously, to influence and guide project teams towards common goals is essential.
  • Good Communicator: Ability to communicate clearly, in both written and verbal contexts. Bilingual with an excellent mastery of the English language, as the role will require daily interactions with international teams. Must be able to work in a French environment.
  • Team Spirit: Good-natured collaborator who communicates clearly and has a willingness to work cross functionally.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, able to pivot and adapt strategies as needed.
  • Content Creation: Experience with content creation and management across various platforms.
  • Problem-Solving: A creative and critical thinker who can anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions.
  • B2B Marketing: Proven experience in B2B marketing campaign management, with a demonstrated ability to lead multifaceted marketing initiatives.
  • Innovator: A passion for staying ahead of the curve with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
