The Work:
- Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights and identify trends.
- Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems and optimize processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Design experiments and interpret results to test hypotheses and validate models.
- Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility through collaboration with data engineers.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data science infrastructure and processes.
Qualifications
Here’s what you need:
- 3+ years knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- 2+ years’ experience developing predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems and optimize processes.
- 2+ years’ experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- 2+ years’ experience in programming languages such as Python or R, with experience in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and machine learning libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- 3+yearsexperience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau) to communicate insights effectively.
- Relevant exposure to Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- This role is based in our Local ATCs in Montreal and will require you to be in person on-site 2-3 days per week.
- English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
