Data Center Director

Tasks/Responsibilities

The Data Center Director will be responsible for leading the operational and strategic activities of his department, team management as well as monitoring the most important clients.

MORE PRECISELY

• Manage the two data centers including the infrastructures that host customer data and applications
• Coordinate team activities such as planning, work organization, hiring, development plan and HR aspects
• Ensure proper management of incidents, service requests and data center performance
• Be involved in the management of certain customers (analysis, recommendations, proposals, performance)

PROFILE

• 7+ years of experience in a data center
• Experience in team management
• Experience with the following technologies: Microsoft 365, Vmware, Cisco, Sonicwall, Nutanix
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructures and environments
• Good knowledge of ITIL practices (asset)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• Good sense of organization and planning
• DEC or BAC in computer science
• Bilingual (French required, functional English)
